It’s a Disco Elysium thing. The game has “thoughts” that are thematic buffs accompanied by copious amounts of completely unhinged flavour text. That is (probably) one of them.
Play DE, by the way. It’s the best RPG ever made.
Pirate it since the Devs were screwed over.

Definitely very good, beautifully written, good characters and so on, but I wouldn’t say the best RPG ever made. It’s more like a old-school point-and-click adventure puzzle game for grown-ups.
It’s not particularly fun to play though - the intrigue keeps you going, but its a bit more like reading a great interactive novel than playing a game.
It’s certainly the best RPG ever written and one of the coolest RPG systems of all time, easily my favorite and it’s not particularly close. I think the point about it not being fun is extremely subjective.
It’s not a AAA blockbuster with action-driven gameplay but there’s more than enough entertainment and intrigue to get you through multiple replays in my experience.
