It was actually invented as “The Landlords Game” with two rulesets in mind that were intended to show how bad unregulated private land ownership is for a society and how it could be improved.
Is that game sold anywhere or are there instuctions on how to somehow make it myself? (Maybe by simply modifiying the monopoly rules?)
I think last time I searched I had found some very expensive and old original versions of the game on ebay
Edit: I found those two sites, the first seems to give really lots details (helpful if you want to know how to play it and how to make it), while the seconds seems to sell it (though currently doesnt):

Yes, its not sold i think, but I found the instructions and a printable version online years ago, i believe on archive.org
