Me playing starbound looking to loot the most inhospitable planet I can land on because it’s where I can find the most overpowered procedurally generated weapons. World hospitableility is a random number between 1 and 11, and the quality (damage, defense, alt-fire modes, etc) of loot scales with the hospitability. For reference, the final boss of the game is on a tier 7 world, so looting a tier 10 planet could let you one-shot the final boss in the game with an op rocket launcher (or other loot) or something.
