          a square is a POLYGON with four equal sides and four right angles.

          a polygon is a closed shape with only straight lines.

          I’m pretty sure “parallel” could be in there too, but these rules would make that redundant.

            But the picture doesn’t say anything like that. It just says it “has four right angles” and is obviously tongue-in-cheek

      doesn’t that have 6 right angles? wouldn’t the angles on the other side of the circle to the two right angles touching the circle also be 90 degrees?

        The grey lines aren’t part of the shape, they’re just to show measurements. The actual shape looks more like this.

          ohh, now that I zoom in to your original, I see that those lines were grey. my bad.
