Sadly my first thought would be an undercover cop responding to the ad. They just upped drag racing to a felony charge in my state with possible 6 years prison, $3000 fine.
That’s fucked. Street racing can be dangerous but it isn’t inherently, and it’s one of many disappearing interesting things about local cultures in the US.
Boomers complain about kids being inside on their phones, but everything we used to do is illegal now, and the stuff that used to warrant a stern talking to is a felony.
