As the tittle says, how do I add a moderator on a community I’ve created. Can I add a user from another instance?
They need to post to the community, then you click on the “…” menu on their post, and there will be an option to make them a moderator. And yes, you can add users from other instances

Don’t know what I’m doing wrong, this screenshot was took on the other instance and want to add me as a moderator of that community I created but don’t have the option
An existing moderator needs to add the new moderator (from the existing moderator’s home server).
Alternatively, an admin of the server the community is hosted on can do the same

Are you trying to add the new moderator from your instance (rather than the communities home instance)
Yes, let’s clear this:
I have an account on lemmy.ml, and there I created a community
Due the exodus from reddit, created an account on lemmy.zip
Posted over my community with this new account
And that is all… don’t have anymore to do
Didn’t see the option. I’ll look those options over the community
