I got this (hopefully) randomly suggested article by my news app, and it’s honestly along some lines I’ve been trying to reconcile myself.

This chick is in the top 1% of trans people, having had an extreme number of surgeries to create this Perfect Body they are after. Of course this is how she acted when she was working with a masculine figure, too… 🤔 I’m a little jealous, but I also… I find it freeing that I wouldn’t choose to go through all of this. I’m a goofy bitch and that is gonna be reflected in my female appearance just as much as it was reflected in my male appearance.

Wow, amazing transition. I had to read the article to find the pictures are the before and after of the same person.

Yes! She lost 190 lbs of muscle (~85kg for our metric friends)! That’s insane, that’s pretty much my entire body weight!

There’s got to be something wrong with those numbers though. That means that she now weighs only 90 lb, I just don’t believe that.

Edit: 90lb and 6’2” means BMI below 12.

I think she may be accounting for a change in her body fat percentage. She lost that much muscle, and probably gained some amount of body fat as her body fat percentage increased. She was at 3 to 6% before.

      Botox injections?

Not saying I would ever to that, but I don’t see any other way such a radical change is possible. I’ve seen that referred to as e.g. arm feminization surgery.

I mean YMMV but I’m more muscular with zero T than before, and I don’t exactly “work out” I have a very strenuous job.

I wouldn’t expect changes like these without cosmetic surgeries of some kind.
