Just, wow.
no
It’s outside the ocd clinic.
I think I’m rehabilitated Doc. I can go home now.
Maybe. Please go into the next room and stare at the floor for five minutes. I’ll be here.
TIHI
Good morning Squid I hope you are doing well amigo.
noooo not the cabinet :(
Look, I’m already being suspected of three other stabbings…
Go upstairs, have a nap, you’ll feel better.
I’ve seen a setup like this where it made sense. Not nearly a long enough run for proper steps, but alternating half-steps allow you to get height faster. But this just seems like they did it for fun.
Okay, you’re just trying to hurt me now.
Nah I’m just punchy because of lack of sleep because my poor elderly pug has tracheal stenosis and coughs all night despite medication, and I’m taking it out on everyone…
Okay, the penciled-in numbers (but only for non-military time because who uses that?) just sent me. Easily one of the best “job’s done boss” images I have ever seen.
Sorry to hear about your dog.
Actually, that one I can sympathize with. I have this clock that takes me like 20 minutes to get back on the nail.
Good choice.
That’s what happens when you forget to snap your foundations to the world grid.
I really need to take a break from Satisfactory.
Satisfactory reference in the comments of a shitpost. I’m surprised, pleasantly.
Wait… There’s a world grid?
My factory is in shambles.
Hold ctrl while building
Play Dyson Sphere. Spherical world grids!
I love DSP and I know a good amount of content has been added since I last played. I miss my drone swarms.
I’ve never slaughtered system resources so thoroughly than with that game. Love me some DSP. Satisfactory is a very close second but idk man, DSP is sooooo much more satisfying when you start seeing a sphere progressing.
Was this possibly a building with retrofitted ducting? As in when it was built it had boilers for heating only, and later the building was modified to have ducting for AC (so the ducting had to follow whatever non-straight lines were possible).
Anything’s possible, I’m guessing there are some pipes or somethingunderneath and whoever did the installing didn’t feel like trying to straighten it out with junk in the way.
There’s lots of really good reasons why HVAC techs aren’t cutting on pipe in a building. Having the proper pipefitters/plumbers making those changes which doesn’t actually change any function is expensive, so I could see that money not being spent.
Looking at the final product, it looks like the HVAC folks could have acquired a larger vent grill and place the grill parallel to the tiles for cosmetic appeal even though the ducting wouldn’t take up the whole grill.
Violence is always an option.
Funny mental exercise!: think that, instead of the drain, it’s the ENTIRE building that’s out of alignment 😃
Most buildings are. Don’t ever try to 3d model your house unless you want to see how bad of a job they did framing it.
I need a lobotomy.
