I was with the article right up until it used a screenshot from 4chan.

Yeah, semantically the argument makes some some sense (though in cultural practice it doesn’t quite fit), but putting transphobic comments and homophobic jokes without any kind of warning is shitty. I get the joke at the end is meant to turn it on it’s head, but again, because the idea doesn’t quite fit culturally it just falls flat.
Can you recommend any blogging sites that allow for spoilering content?
I don’t blog, so no, but a content or trigger warning at the top would have gone a long way.
I wouldn’t know. I legimitmately stopped reading it as soon as I saw 4chan.
