I would be proud to be fired for blatantly ignoring these laws, and it would give my students something tangible to practice their American civic duty of protest over.

Historically, this is an indicator that Mike DeWine is himself involved in some degenerate acts that he’s ashamed of, and doesn’t want anyone to be able to talk about. Keep an eye out for any “protect the children” rhetoric from this one. ¤.¤

Further proof that Ohio is terrible. Come to Michigan, we have inexpensive weed and beautiful lakes.

This is how it starts. I guess they won’t need actual concentration camps since they’ll just put us in prison & then use us for free slave labor

People keep telling me they aren’t going to march queer kids into conversion therapy. They don’t have to. All they have to do is make it a condition in order to go to school and then step up truancy punishments.

One-third of LGBTQ+ minors who were outed without their consent were more likely to experience depression, as well as face less support from their families, according to a study from the University of Connecticut. Two-thirds said that the event caused significant stress.

As someone who has experienced depressive episodes all my life (suicidal at 4th grade), I can’t imagine how this helps kids.
