I zoomed in and it’s just made of square pixels.
if you zoom in in the p you can see its made of round pixels.

Yeah I’m straight.
Me:
aHHHHHHHHhhhhHHHHhhh
Easy, view it on a curved display. Now every line is curved
Someone remind me to look at this on my curved monitor tomorrow please.
https://github.com/iceHtwoO/lemmyremindyou, but I didn’t find a running instance ready to use.
HOOONK! HONK HONK!! HOOONK!!!
Curved lines on most of the letters
gif got me like:
God damn, that’s a REALLY good optical illusion 😅
What’s the name of the illusion?
optical
you’re welcome
I’d also accept “motion sickness.”
A variant of the Hering illusion
This is a good one. If you view it in grayscale you can tell the curves come from strings of houses with lighter shades.
Be smart just did a video on why this messes with our brains.
on Voyager if you make the image smaller it moves more idk if this will work but I took a screenshot
If you zoom in enough you will find the square corner isn’t sharp at all, thus you’ve found the curve.
Checks out
