So people get turned off from feminism or progressivism before they have a chance to actually engage with it. Then, there’s only one direction to go when frustration sets in - right.
Just look at the amount of ragebait on (conventional) social media showing feminists or queer activists or woke people acting cringe. It’s the first step of the right-wing pipeline.

I agree with the sentiment but I’d say in the ones who genuinely believe it, it’s a result of them being successfully deceived or manipulated
