I guess, it blurs the post so works for that :3 but also it completely hides it if u have nsfw posts disabled or if ure not logged in and ur instance hides nsfw posts when ure not (like blahaj does) xP

or u can also put the image in the post text instead of the image field and use the spoiler thingy like this :3
