Does anyone know any good synthwave artists? I’ve been listening to Dreamkid on Bandcamp, but I thought I’d also see what other people are listening to.

I’m a big fan of Starcadian.
Check out Power Glove, specifically their EP 2043: Volume 1. It’s a bit different to your regular synthwave, it’s darker and a bit more influenced by techno.
If you like darksynth, Perturbator. His Dangerous Days album slaps.

I’m also a big fan of Erang (he mostly makes Dungeon Synth music, but he’s got a couple of synthwave albums, namely Anti Future and Songs of ScarsI like FM-84
I’m awfully partial to The Midnight - The Comeback Kid for my synth wave needs.

Obvious answer for me is the Midnight. They definitely can be a bit over the top at times.
