As far as artists who primarily make synthwave:
Dance With The Dead, FM-84, Gunship, Lazerhawk, Magic Sword, and Miami Nights 1984
I’m also a big fan of Erang (he mostly makes Dungeon Synth music, but he’s got a couple of synthwave albums, namely Anti Future and Songs of Scars
