It’s night, and you’ve just peed in the toilet, but there’s a problem, the toilet cistern is not full, and it’s too late to wait, what are you going to do and for what reasons?

  • Wait until tomorrow for the cistern to fill so you can get rid of the urine.

  • Pour water from the cistern, even knowing that it is not enough to get rid of urine.

Then you’re doubling your flushes for your poops. I’m sure there’s some formula for this that could be worked out, lol

Reason number 3 is that something dropped in the toilet is less unpleasant to retrieve from a flushed toilet. Forgot that one earlier.

As well, it might be creating a smell that you’ve gone nose-blind to. Like a person’s own BO. Others can smell it long before the “owner” can.

Flushing after every use also creates a habit so that one never forgets to flush after using someone else’s toilet or a public one.

(Purely for the sake of argument)

You would not be double flushing for every number 2. Assuming a clean bowl at the start:

1111112 would be 3 flushes for 7 sessions 1212121 would be 6 flushes for 7 sessions 2222222 would be 7 flushes for 7 sessions 1121121 would be 4 flushes for 7 sessions

You can group any section of 1s between 2s into groups of 3 with up to 1 group with less than 3 1s. Each group would be converted to a 2. Then, you would do a flush after each 2.

As a side note, please don’t do this. It’s genuinely disgusting to go to someone else’s urine scented bathroom

I’m super old, and I’ve never forgotten to flush at someone else’s house or a public one. In fact, I often have to flush someone else’s turds.

And people actually tell me my house smells good, so I’m pretty sure I’m not noseblind to urine. If it were potent enough to smell, then I’d either have to drink more water or consult a medical professional lol

I’m pretty sure it’s because I burn incense, clean my house regularly, and the diluted urine that is literally encased in water has no impact on the smell whatsoever
