    It’s worse than that. E-girls are operated by commercial interests. They can sell your information to law enforcement bypassing fourth amendment protections as (allegedly) guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States.

    Third-party doctrine allows the e-girl company to provide all their gathered data without your consent (see phone and internet metadata).

    It means, if you are a suspect in a crime, a person of interest, or otherwise it is useful to an official to make you disappear to further his career, they have access to enough to find something by which to convict you of a felony and imprison you for ten years.
