Getting back into weight lifting and using the pull-up bar. My neck and shoulders feel rolled forward and taught, and my boyfriend doesn’t have my knack for massage.

I’m thinking if I strengthen my back, my shoulders will pull back a bit and feel less tight in my neck.

Also working on figuring out good, cheap meal prep recipes that interest me. To that end, I made 100 wontons over the weekend for under $10.

I’m getting pretty good at making wontons.

Oh, and I’m gonna teach my man to fish this year, so I’m doing some preliminary scouting of a few fishing spots so we can have a scenic date and hopefully he can land something on his first outing.

Finishing my father’s 1971 Norton Commando restoration project. He got sick and won’t be able to continue. It’s currently a rolling frame and several thousand parts in bins… I don’t have much experience with engines but I am trying to complete it while he’s still around

Health is always ongoing. Physical and mental.

In addition to that I’m learning Linux and working on my home server.

Converting about 30 German DVDs to digital format so I can share them with my husband’s family, who have randomly decided they want to learn German. (I already know it [kinda].)

I too have recently begun pondering the need for more exercise and mindfulness, not sure if you can count that though.

I am trying to get everything self hosted and easy for the family to help admin and use all the cool stuff this age has to offer without it all being monetized for ads and stuff. Learning linux, docker, proxmox, and rust all at once!

Trying to eat better. Got diagnosed with T2 diabetes two years ago and it’s obviously something that requires a complete shift in mindset when it comes to eating and more importantly, what you eat.

Little help from the professionals, and what with working full time and having two young kids it’s incredibly difficult to eat correctly…but I’m trying.

Getting back into weightlifting and starting to meditate. I highly recommend both things and I also highly recommend not stopping the weightlifting once you start. Everything hurts.

A box to put my partners birthday present in. It doesn’t need a box, that’s just how I want to give it to her. But I don’t have the right sized tool to flatten the board so it’s become a bigger challenge.

I will begin handling an Impossible Landscapes Delta Green campaign next weekend.

I’m also considering getting back into lifting weights. I used to powerlift, but I suffered an intercostal tear in my late 20s. Recovery started a domino effect, and I haven’t really picked anything up over 50 pounds in like 6 or 7 years 😒

Building a no-code volunteer coordinating system for a local non-profit that I believe in. They need a better system to support and make full use of their growing volunteer base.

Diet, lifting, and cardio are most of my free time. Otherwise, I’m getting into hand tool woodworking, where I’m currently making workbenches to help me make better workbenches to eventually hopefully make furniture or something.
