You mean the English language skills test to immigrate to the British sphere? Isn’t it max out at 9 for each subject? Are you trying to score a total of 9 points or scoring 9 on all subjects? That is like two opposite of the spectrum. Once is pretty much elementary school level English while the other is way more perfect than even native speakers level.

If you are asked to take IELTS it’s likely that you are currently in a country that doesn’t speak English as a first language. The best (and most expensive) option would be traditional English courses offered by the British established schools. They will give you all the tricks, tips and training specific for the test.

The second best resource is straight from IELTS themselves. They publish old questions booklet and audio files that you can gather and try out from their website. You probably will have to collect them for quite some time or get them from a bookstore somewhere.

Last one is just trying to engage with English as much as possible through media, Internet, etc. This is low yield but also low effort thing cause the test is structured in a specific way to punish common low brown speeches that most people considered casual or normal.

    Good luck on your study.
