Michigan’s attorney general is posing as an anti-Trump champion. So why is she helping Trump’s FBI to target protesters?

It is weird how many white people blame Muslims, Hispanics, and/or Black men for Trump. The only group who majority voted for Trump is white people. Just like every election, whites are always the only group who vote for Republicans. So sorry there aren’t enough minorities to cancel your family’s vote, but blame yourselves, not us.

And if you’re fine with genocide because a completely separate group of people didn’t vote the way you wanted, just go get your MAGA hat and stop pretending to be a Democrat.

Social tolerance does not make a genocide excuse. Nor does “oh they’ve been fighting for a while”

One of the sides is backed by the most powerful nation in the world, and the other is mostly civilians, being starved and mass murdered.

‘Both sides because some Palestinians are terrorists.’

I can’t imagine what drove them to such drastic measures. Isreal is a fascist state, commiting an ethnic cleansing on a territory.

Sure, it’s the fault of brown people for voting against that and not the fault of the politicians for supporting an unpopular policy.

It’s a feud that has been going on forever and nobody is going to solve it or take responsibility for their actions.

You would have said the same thing about the Holocaust while it was happening.

supporting Israel and not the side that has religious fundies bent on control

      That IS Israel

Dems don’t want to stand up to trump, and they want to stand with Palestine protesters even less.

They don’t want to stand up to Trump

They are all bluster, but no real action. It’s not just protestors, they’re actively hurting the people they claim they’re representing.

Honestly, as much as I’d like to see the genocide stop, if Dems want to stand up to Trump, they should stand with the American people and stand against the oligarchs.

    Decent wages. Healthcare. Housing. Education.

It’s like being on a plane when the oxygen masks drop. Don’t get out of your seat and try to help others. Put your own damn mask on.

Once the people who profit from our suffering are overthrown, it will be easier to try to overthrow the people who profit from the suffering of the world. In fact, many of them are the same people, so it’s almost a side-effect.

Fascism doesn’t deal in compromise; you have to reject it entirely or you accept it entirely. And guess what? Supporting fascism abroad is still fascism.

This genocide is America’s just as much as it is Israel’s. We are the ones providing unconditional support to Israel, billions worth of military weapons, at the taxpayers expense. We are the ones providing international cover by vetoing multiple UN resolutions.

Not only is a weapons embargo incredibly popular, required by International and US Law, and the morally correct position; a weapons embargo would also free up those billions of dollars to go to healthcare, to housing, to education, to infrastructure, ect.

We also absolutely have the obligation to significantly fund humanitarian aid to Palestine, since all the death and destruction has happened with US Weapons and profited the US businesses creating those weapons.

Standing with Palestine is standing with the American people. Because we can change those billions going to their eradication, to instead go to helping the wellbeing of Americans and Palestinians.

Do you think the american people want genocide? The fact is the dems choose to represent genocide instead of all the things you mentioned. We dont need to compromise and accept genocide as long as we get the rest. Its genocide for fucks sakes, they need to stop completely.

you would think that this is obvious, given the results of the last election against a convicted criminal candidate; but i suppose that’s asking too much.

here’s a fun fact for you: someone like trump is an inevitability because of capitalism and imperialism.

every empire crumbles eventually and, when it does, it turns the violence that it perpetrated upon the world onto its own people. that’s what trump signifies and the democrats & republicans alike are inching us towards this imperial boomerang; kamala has no intention of stopping any of it, like biden didn’t even bother to ask netanyahu to stop genociding the palestinians.

    1. Dems don’t want to stand up to Trump. They are bought and paid for by the same oligarchs.
    2. Fuck this. What a desperate ploy. Dems standing with Palastine protestors would do fuck-all.

It would represent people in the US who don’t like genocide. Naturally, dems would rather have fascism under trump.

Dems are bad if they join the protest, Dems are bad if they don’t join the protest and say nice words about it, Dems are bad if they don’t say anything about it at all?

I don’t disagree with what you’re saying, but it would be better if you could couple your statement actions Democrat politicians should take (e.g. bring up bills in support of Palestine, put a Palestinian flag up somewhere, etc.), rather than simply complain they aren’t doing anything.

If you keep creating all of these prerequisites and you won’t have anyone to stand with. You’ll lose your country because other people don’t support the exact same things that you stand for, even though you agree on like 80% of it.
