      Ofc! I cut them and boil them in slightly acidic water (usually a splash of vinegar to keep the starches from breaking down) for 8-10 minutes, dry them, keep them in my freezer and then just fry them as needed. I like making tendies and fries so the fries get some chicken flavor from it

        Omfg I just learned this method and it’s amazing! But fuck it takes too much time and I’ll quickly go back to “fuck it, just air fry and be done with it” 😅
