    For me, 70% of the time this is usually just “you need to practice to get okay at it”. Effort.

      The other 25% is buying expensive equipment/accessories, and the last 5% is finding out that the communities around the hobby are so cringe you don’t want to be known as part of it.

    3D modeling for me, like… once I reached rigging, I just left there

      Yea I’ve been learning blender off and on, definitely one where I spend an hour learning, finally start working, then run into a roadblock and give up for a month

        I may return someday, but learning a new skill is a struggling for me, and the adhd doesn’t help either

          It’s definitely a struggle, I have ADHD too. It helps to have something you want to make, and slowly push through to make it. I’ve been working on a short animated thing to learn, and the drive to finish it is what keeps me coming back
