    Friendly reminder that the reason we do both is the same: to feel better and less bad. The major difference is that video games alone won’t scratch every itch.

    Sadly, the skill ceiling for mental wellness is high and it takes a lot of practice. Thankfully, things get way easier once you know what to do. There’s less stumbling around in the dark, and more grinding xp. It can removes debuffs you didn’t know you had.
