📚 A second underground school has been opened in Kharkiv.
The classrooms are eight meters underground. Most of the funds for the construction, 70 million UAH, were allocated by the Taiwanese government. Another 10 million were from the city budget.
By the end of the year, the city government plans to build five more such schools.

Edit: Actually, now that i think about it, that classroom is really nicely decorated. My elementary school had a ton of concrete walls, too, so it basically looks no different. I hope those kids can have some normalcy in their lives.
Good experience and a good test for the design and features, if the Taiwanese aren’t already experts in building underground infrastructure to withstand bombardment.

Gotta learn some languages. English is very easy to learn. Short words, small set of characters, not too many irregularities, etc… Will always be my favorite.

English also has upwards of 200, IIRC
But also, every single pronunciation is irregular, a result of English being 4-5 other languages in a trenchcoat. It’s a decently easy language to write and learn the basics, but a massive pain to master
