Fediverse Freedom eh? So there’s no moderation? Or is it more, “if you don’t like being censored by this authority, fEeL fReE tO hOsT yOuR oWn InStAnCe”?

People being unable to challenge others beliefs are what led to the divided world we live in today. Give us total freedom to call anyone, anyone on their bullshit, or quit blowing smoke up our collective asses.

Any social media where “people” can freely register and post without any identity verification (I don’t support this btw) will be overrun with bots, and Fediverse is not an exception. I’ve blocked dozens of users and communities that post nothing by political crap (all day every day) from any point on political spectrum.

Though Fediverse at least gives you more freedom and tools to handle it.

Truly the best of both worlds - we have the propaganda and the censorship!
