The democratic leadership is having a helluva battle right now between the old guard and some of the younger members. The Old guard maintains Harris ran a perfect campaign and voters let them down. The most visible indicator to the general public of who won will be how the committee minority leader seats shake out. Here’s hoping they manage to win and get some change. There’s no president anchoring them down so this is usually when it happens. But if the old guard wins expect another campaign of nothing more than “Not Trump”.
They’ve been having that battle for 30 years with nothing to show for it, I don’t see what will change now.

Trump is NOT going to pardon the Jan 6th rioters. Everything with Trump is transactional. Those rioters failed to deliver the presidency for him. In his mind, they are “suckers and losers.” He can always find another group of idiots to do illegal stuff for him.
