Here’s a blog post explaining how to get started: https://www.inoreader.com/blog/2022/01/inoreader-tutorial.html Regarding discovering content - RSS is more about finding something you’re interested in and then adding the RSS feed to your reader. It’s pretty manual rather than fed by an algorithm. You’ll find some good content tips in this thread.
