Cool, 0.15% of his net worth. That’s like someone who makes $100k donating $150.

.15% of an average person’s income is way different than .15% of a billionaire’s income. An average person will feel the loss of ~$100 more than a billionaire will feel the loss of their equivalent. Billionaires should not exist.

That said, I donated $100 so very close to, yeah. I can donate an extra $50 if that gets you to vote blue.

No one’s arguing that billionaires shouldn’t exist but you’re just bitching that someone didn’t contribute more money.

Also, I am voting Democrat down ticket. You’re assuming way too much about my politics based on a small exchange.

What we want is money out of politics. That’s the goal. But since that isn’t currently the situation, then until that happens it’s good for the non-fascist to get donations.

Additionally, if the point was to create a comparison to Elon, I would say it’s not a strong comparison. They are both rich and can give a lot of money to presidential campaigns. Elon musk is doing this while he greatly altered the election integrity team on his social media platform, and is using the social media platforms tools to make it harder for people to follow one of the candidates that he doesn’t like.
