I’ve recently been really enjoying poached eggs on toast with sriracha sauce drizzled on top, with a decent portion of chipotle baked beans on the side.

I usually grab a couple of falafel and a small handful of nuts. I have recently thrown a few grapes into the mix. Which, when typed out, does suggest my life is just a series of double entendres.

When I make dinner I always plan an extra portion for lunch.

If not that, then a lunch of snacks. Crackers, cheese, some fruit.

I like OG Tabasco on eggs rather than siracha.

But otherwise, the beauty of working from home is that lunch can be pretty varied. That said, if I can find some decent tomatoes then nothing much beats a really good BLT. Mmmm.

I have to add some jam when I have peanut butter on toast, for some reason I find it really dry.

What ever I can scrounge up from the kitchen. Sometimes a breakfast bar, sometimes noodles, some time leftovers. Just enough to keep me going untill dinner.

Sainsbury’s Ham and Mustard sandwich, McCoys Thai Chicken crisps, Coca Cola, and a Wispa Gold if I’m having a bad day. Add some Skittles if I’m having the shittest day of my life.

I’ve got the placement down so well that I can leave work, get my shit, pay, and be back in the office in less time than it takes some people to use the self-serve machines…
