Ooh, it must’ve been about seven, eight years ago. Me and the little lady was out on this boat, you see, all alone at night, when all of a sudden this huge creature, this giant crustacean from the paleolithic era, comes out of the water.

It stood above us looking down with these big red eyes, and I yelled. I said, “What do you want from us, monster?!” And the monster bent down and said, “…Uh I need about tree-fitty.”

Wow, that looks like a good webcomic! Would you recommend it?

I haven’t read it in years, but I enjoyed it when I did. It’s kind of a slice of life of some somewhat hipster young adults in a world that’s mostly the same as ours but with some random bits of advanced technology, most notably sentiment AI that live alongside humans in robot bodies. I really enjoyed it a few years ago, but I have no idea how the story has progressed since then. I’d definitely give it a try if you’re interested.

no idea how the story has progressed since then.

A few years, you say? It’s probably been almost a week in-universe, then! 😉

Kidding aside, it’s still going strong. I reread it from beginning to current last year and am still loving it except being caught up kinda sucks since I like to binge lol.

          Here’s a new-ish out of context panel:

I’m still reading it every update. It’s old so the early art is honestly bad. Not 5 year old nephew bad, but “I like comics enough to make my own and am still learning”. It’s cool to see their style evolve over the years. The writing also gets better as story arcs are made, instead of a joke a day thing. So be aware that for anything to make sense, starting at the beginning is best. All the characters have intertwined character growth, arcs, and development, meaning starting at the newest without context makes no sense. So if you still want to give it a chance then please do, it’s a decent fun comic.

It’s mellow and consistent but habit forming. If you need a way to spend either 80 hours and/or eight seconds five times a week on, get into it

I used to read it but it kind of went left field at some point in the story and I lost track of it, then gave up.

that one is famously a hoax.

…as opposed to other photos of the loch ness monster, which are verified by credible sources?

This is both completely god-awful, absolutely worthless, total and utter unbelievably pointless shit, and also, unfortunately for my opinion of the entire human race, easily the best thing I’ve seen on the Internet in weeks. Congratulations. 🏆
