    It’s okay bros, you will try again the next week. Reaching your goals doesn’t happen in a day. We just have to keep getting back on the horse, no matter how long that cheat day was.

        Climbed for an hour before (messed up and didn’t eat all day) then slammed a couple tacos and half a pitcher of margaritas. Today has…been.

    I have been doin nothing (as in stopped workin out complety ) for 2 months and have seen not much lose. I think as long as you take enough walks or do something that burns calories gains are hard to loose . Just lay back enjoy it dude even if you lose some you can get it back faster than the privious time.
