Apologies for posting in the home cooking community, but:

All the community subscription forms at https://vegantheoryclub.org/communities redirect to this community! Therefore, unless I’m missing something, no other community on the instance can become federated the normal user-friendly way! I tested this with multiple instance urls and multiple communities.

    edit: Actually its true for EVERY lemmy server on 0.19.8, on walledgarden.xyz it goes to weedtime, on lemmy.ml it goes to memes, I think that all these comms are 01 in the database.

    That makes much more sense, hopefully it’s fixed soon! Thank you for the tip on how to subscribe, I didn’t know a direct search would do that
