thats true, i dont think it can come into view until we dismantle the system that can easily lead to people being taken advantage from the idea

“people are using” them for this feels like misdirection. people are being pushed and sometimes forced into it, yea

its sad that its being pushed that way. and curated in a way that makes it appear likable and as something that ‘gets you’. but im aware that it’s able to do that by plagiarising datasets of who knows how many messages and texts from real people. its imitating the behavior of a facade of a friend.

people can surely argue that it’s semantics. and for sure it’s not the first time companies have made software to prey on people’s desires for connection. but at the end of the day its not what i meant by “cute robot friends”. what is currently here is an empty husk of predictive curated texts, made feasible to deploy as something people will use by decades of information and human connection destruction done by the same ones who are profiting

a lot of these evil types happen to have this mindset of “im right and cursed with the true knowledge, that all other reject” “i know its true bc others reject it”

she gets rejections /=/ has fear of rejection. if she had a fear of rejection she wouldn’t have been an asshole u know, this conclusion doesnt seem to come from anything so idek how to disprove it

she was never redeemed, she did what she had to for her ideal of freeing magic so the magic is protected. she didn’t ever seem to care much about her death in the service of her ideal, nor did she care about other’s wellbeing or reactions to what she did to get there.

i shall consider this a joke but also shadow weaver isnt scared of rejection like at all? the most charitable take you can have is that she want her “tribe” to be powerful so threats are neutralized

so my theme with immoral posts is posting things that are very out of context to the show itself and make less sense if u know the clip (or atleast i try to theme it that way)

  • yea i should clarify on the purpose i suppose. i dont intend to mean that genai was a tool created for anything other than to find a flimsy way to make profit. but elites do as elites do, their idiotic creations’ flaws end up benefiting them so these tools thrive and survive. if they didn’t do that well they’d be dead by now (think metaverse). its similar to the theory of monkeys writing shaksphere but with far worse implications

fucked up useless shit is created everyday. if something becomes gigantic as genai, it means it found a way to benefit the elites

  • what do you mean by general AI? i mean generative ai (for text, images, etc) specifically. as a tool designed to fuck up how people get information and pushed as a solution to nearly everything companies can think of. the tool however continues to make people unable to go back to other ways to do things even if they realize that this is awful
