I’m moving and had a hard date of about 2 weeks to have the house ready for real estate pictures/showings etc. I was so worried I’d drown in the list of things to do, but just poured every ounce of myself into getting it ready. I didn’t have time to panic or freak out, just head first. When I was done, I was so fried I broke down and just cried.

I have had a few days to recover and I found myself cleaning, doing dishes immediately after cooking, picking up after myself, you know, normal things for a lot of people. I don’t know how long it will last, but for now, my symptoms are better than they have been for a long time. I hate deadline stress, but it forces me to get shit done.

Everything will be a national emergency to pass any and everything they want to.

I don’t block the instance even though I disagree with the majority of it. I try my best to see multiple viewpoints even if i disagree on things to understand where people are coming from.

I have never seen a counterpoint on there discussed in good faith. Any counter facts are claimed to be false no matter how reliable the source. My finger creeps closer and closer to the block instance button every day.

I think a big question is, what framerate do you want? 30/60/144? Do you also want to run at the highest quality settings?

For reference, I have a 3080 and can 1440 most games at 144hz, settings maxed out. A few new games from this year need some settings turned down, but you mention last gen games, so this shouldn’t be an issue.

In our actual world, if congress overturned the election (which is exactly what it would be), you think the already frothing at the mouth far right wouldn’t go apeshit? Imagine if the far right overturned a democraticly elected Democrat. We would lose our shit.

I am all for using every law and policy available to stop fascists. Overturning a seemingly fair election outcome, where the president elect was voted in by electorate AND popular vote is NOT one of those ways.

As much as I would love to see that, it would 100%, without a doubt, cause blood in the streets. Jan 6th would look like a beach vacation compared to what they would do if congress blocked it.

It doesn’t matter what anyone does to try and protect anything. Trump has a blank check to do whatever he wants. You think some policy or law is going to stop him? Even if we sue every decision, the Supreme Court is in his pocket.
