Staff at the venue are paid by the hour and they still have a lot of work to do after the show ends.
It seems like an artifact of bygone days, doesn’t it? It made sense when even PPVs were on linear channels, but in the era of VOD and streaming, I’m not sure why it’s still a thing.

It’s 2 fold:
