Microsoft has stopped supporting WMR.

    That’s the Microsoft way… It’s right on brand for them. You can trust Microsoft to drop a product or technology they’ve been cultivating for years about five seconds before it becomes popular and massively profitable for everyone else.

      Why is the Zune in this list? It’s like the one time they tried to jump into something that someone else had already been doing extremely well and nobody wanted it (even if it did have full FM radio, pictures and video support when the iPod didn’t). It doesn’t really fit the pattern of the others except for quickly being abandoned.
