Ooooh one of my favorite things! i love looking at people’s herb and spice collections. If you are into fish this reicipe for Kuwaiti fish stew is a great way to try black lemons! It technically calls for black limes, but it would probably be just as delicious with lemons. Some spices I’ve got but still need to try are kokum and dagar phool.
