minus-squareGormadtlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up10·10 months agoIt’s might sound kinda silly but one thing that helped me be kinder to myself was thinking about how I treat others I’d never treat people I cared about how I was treating myself so trying to be as kind to myself as I was to others was the goal I set for myself And overtime it became easier and easier to be kind to myself about my short comings Yeah I may fail to do all the tasks I set out for myself today but I did accomplish somethings It may even be little things some days and other days it’s not a whole lot at all But the kinder I was to myself the more I found myself able to do the things I set out to do I still stumble some days but that’s okay

It’s might sound kinda silly but one thing that helped me be kinder to myself was thinking about how I treat others
I’d never treat people I cared about how I was treating myself so trying to be as kind to myself as I was to others was the goal I set for myself
And overtime it became easier and easier to be kind to myself about my short comings
Yeah I may fail to do all the tasks I set out for myself today but I did accomplish somethings
It may even be little things some days and other days it’s not a whole lot at all
But the kinder I was to myself the more I found myself able to do the things I set out to do
I still stumble some days but that’s okay
Thanks for these words. This is a smart point of view.
