  I’m honestly concerned he has an untreated medical condition. I don’t think even extreme obesity should do this, right?

    Yeah nah, it’s like his hand is very swollen.
    
    There are a lot of medical conditions that can cause that. It’s often very painful and limits the movement of the fingers.
