I think the issue is that horny is the only option my dude.
The problem isnt ‘i want vampires that are horny’ but ‘I want there to be only vampires that are horny’
It’s not about someone getting what they want, it is about wanting other people not to get things you dont want.
It’s OK, I don’t think he actually has the power to make vampires have sex.
Look the entirety of Dracula was an allegory for sexual deviancy and it’s effect on the English population or at least how Bram stoker thought it would affect the English culture. Vampires are absolutely supposed to be sexy
