I think it’s because there’s already been a few in close succession so it might be seen as a concerted effort to promote a political position on the topic of abortion.
They were either on here or !memes@lemmy.ml. I can’t remember. And I can’t find those posts either; they might have been deleted. Either way, the mods here might have noticed them on there and decided to nip it in the bud to prevent a political flame war here.
Again, I’m just speculating out of my ass here. Don’t really know. :)

!memes@lemmy.ml would be the right one. If you type !memes (no space between the exclamation mark and keyword) there should be a small pop-up dropdown menu from which you can select the community you mean, then just click on it to let the Fediverse handle the rest of the formatting for you ;)
