Conversely, TKO is looking to add more UFC Fight Night events.

Hope they’re giving him the “You’ll take what we offer you or your next job is probably OVW at this point” special.

(I kid of course we all know they rolled out the monetary red carpet lol.)

Apparently he did have an offer from Impact on the table that was a considerable amount of money, so they couldn’t have lowballed him too much.

Talking about house shows is a big thing, but this is burying the part that most people will notice, production.

"There are a lot of production efficiencies. Even if our production chiefs want to tell me there’s not, frankly, I worked at ESPN for 12 years, I oversaw all production, I have been through all the song and dance with every producer who treats every tape machine and camera like it’s a baby and doesn’t want to give it up. And we’re here to improve our margins.

“We’re going to scrutinize every dollar on production for every single event, every single one of these telecasts, and improve our savings,” he said.

Depending on exactly what he means about cutting things, I worry. Hopefully, they cut the LED screens on everything look, that would be nice, but more than likely those will stay until they fall apart now.

Now back to house shows, it’s going to suck for secondary markets like Macon, GA or Greensboro, NC, or Battlecreek, MI. The only chance a lot of those people got to see WWE live was through the house shows.
