Scott pilgrim wannabes when the whole point of the comics is that Scott is a toxic asshole (they want fuck ramona)
I blame the movie for leaving out some of the more pointed asshole moments. To bad that to keep a reasonable screen time they had to abridge so much of the original comics. Would love to see come back as a short run animated series.
I’m pretty sure they announced that a while ago, with some/all of the movie cast reprising their roles!
It’s less that they abridged the comics and more that the comics still didn’t end by the time the movie came out. The last two books of self reflection and redemption weren’t out so they made up a simpler ending. But hey, at least nega scott made an appearance for like 10 seconds
No bullshit, I live in the neighbourhood Scott Pilgrim takes places in, and the amount of blue-haired girls I see walking around is still pretty surprising. BUT, and I say this with caution, they are definitely NOT Romona. They can do with a bit more bathing, too.
