How is it doxing? There’s no personal or identifying information being shared.

A lot of the comments here highlight how very little the Americans are being allowed to see of what’s happening. Ice aren’t operating under the law, they aren’t following due process. They are actively abducting everyone, legal citizens, tourists (that are white), and locking them up with no knowledge of their whereabouts for months.

Regardless of what you feel about this whole situation, this is breaking the law, and she will get arrested for it. She’s obstructing justice.
Edit: I’m talking about her alerting people when ICE is in the area. That’s basically obstructing the government from doing its job by hiding people who are breaking the law. I don’t care about the “doxxing”, that’s public information.

LOL at all the triggered losers who are losing their shit defending illegal activities. Y’all need to leave your echochamber and touch some grass. There is a real world out there.

Please keep the insults coming. Show others who you truly are. Because of people like you, we now have Trump in the white house and will likely not see a Democrat there for a long fucking time. Whenever someone says something you don’t agree with, you sit in a corner and scream bloody murder, Nazi this and Nazi that. You’re an embarrassment for the left.

Picking up citizens without white skin, for a start. Trafficking people who are visiting court to handle routine interviews. Beating up people for daring to demand for a judicial warrant. Send folks to other nations, without due process. Ignoring court orders.

Law has no merit, when it is ignored by evil people, and only enforced when it favors them.

When the legal thing is morally wrong as defined by the majority of people you have to pause on your position.

Or the question I guess is do you think what ICE is doing is morally wrong?

Finally, a fucking sane comment. Yes, I agree. It’s very much wrong, morally, but legally speaking, they’re doing their job and her notifying illegal immigrants about ICE is definitely illegal. If you hide a burglar in your house (not saying immigrants are compared to burglars, but they are breaking the law), you’re going to be held liable for obstructing justice, won’t you? My whole argument from the very beginning is on the legality. I never mentioned anything about it being morally right. My whole thing is she’s breaking the law, and this isn’t the way to go about it. This is not how things work.

I’m sure it was illegal to alert Jews who were about to be rounded up by Gestapo, or to hide them in their house. It was also illegal to help slaves escape to the north via the underground railroad, but people who ignored those laws to instead act on their morals to do what’s right are now regarded as heroic, and the ones who used the argument they were ‘just following orders’ are now seen as cowardly and vile scum, many of them were even executed for participating in horrific crimes against humanity, so that defense doesn’t hold any water.

Is she specifically informing people who are named targets or are actively being pursued? Is knowledge of the presence of these ICE agents under gag order or otherwise specifically legally restricted? If not, what makes this any different than pointing out a speed trap? There is no obligation that people make it easy for law enforcement to do their jobs, especially when it comes to speech, regardless of any wildly unconstitutional things LEOs have claimed about the law.

How is that different than saying to avoid an area because of a heavy police presence? The news does that all the time with “traffic reports” and other “dangerous” situations where police are involved.

Telling someone about the public presence of a public figure/entity either isn’t or shouldn’t be illegal and frankly, I don’t really give a shit about what’s legal when my rights and the rights of others are being consistently and illegally violated.

Barack Obama and Joe Biden caught and deported people who were actively breaking the law. Like a whole fucking lot of them (an issue in and of itself). The thing is, they followed the law and people had due process.

What is happening now is unnecessary. The fact that this isn’t obvious to you is concerning.

I have a life, too, ya know. I never said ICE was perfect. They’re people like us. They broke laws of course. Some of them are pieces of shit of humans, too, but that doesn’t justify illegal immigration nor does it mean ICE should stop doing their job. Of course you’re going to insult me, this is literally all what 90% of the left does, screeching with insults and censorship. And they then wonder why Trump won even the popular vote. Yet don’t see ICE going to court over all the laws they constantly break. It’s not even just one or two of them, they systematically break then without repercussions.

You can’t complain that immigrants (and often times, CITIZENS) deserve to be punished with no due process (which the constitution gives them as well) while downplaying the law breaking thugs who go unpunished without being, by textbook definition, a hypocrite.

You’re right, Trump won because a lot of people I’m the USA are sick - sick like you in that they lack empathy, full off “fuck you, got mine” culture. They’re isn’t really a “left” in power over there because both right wing parties constantly undermine, outspend, and even cheat against them. Now thanks to the internet and new modernized grassroots campaigning you can see that start to change, and the leftists that win remain in power and remain popular.

But the most damning part of your bullshit is to pretend to be a victim and that it’s about insults and such, when the farthest right wing party, the Republicans, the ones in power now and trying to keep it that way by ignoring and changing the law, are a party that CONSTANTLY insults. Basically every tweet Trump makes has insults.

Your whole premise about the insults is bullshit.

If anything, it means decorum no longer works over there, and should definitely not be extended to dumbass racist piece of shit, motherfucking, damn bitch lilly livered yellow punks like you. Giving you fuckers decorum undeserved is what led to this shit, instead of what was deserved - a good punch in the mouth, much like your law breaking agency constantly does to those who can’t fight back.

Tolerance of the Intolerant leads to Intolerance.

We can see through your bullshit, and this comment of yours confirms it. So you can stuff your false “self-righteousness” where the sun don’t shine and go fuck yourself with it.

You might think you’ll be safe from the long due storm that comes from the instability the fascists cause, but there’s no guarantee you’ll be safe from it either. Best remember that such turmoil can affect all, even if you fan the flames thinking the cinders won’t catch on you.

It’s impossible to interfere in an investigation that isn’t happening. These officers are not executing warrants for specific individuals. They are acting as secret police, performing sweeping and illegal searches, and violating the constitutional rights of every individual they harass.

Regardless of whether you read the article, this was addressed.

A First Amendment expert at the Freedom Forum said Ortiz is right.

“She has a First Amendment right to talk about, to share publicly available, publicly viewable information on an issue that is clearly a major public concern up for debate right now, not just in Arizona, but across the country,” Alex Morey said.

Morey, a First Amendment specialist at the nonpartisan nonprofit, said it’s not a crime to share data that publicly available, even if it makes law enforcement’s life a little more complicated.
