    Looks so satisfying!

    This unlocks a memory of working in a pub 10 years 15 ago and cranking out dozens of buffalo wraps over the course of a shift. They had a version with deep fried tofu, but sadly no vegan sauce.

    Edit: I’m old 😭

    I do a similar wrap, but I mix the ranch with the buffalo sauce. I have never added carrots, going I try that next time.

      yum, with this I toss the popcorn chkn or tofu in the buffalo sauce and then put the ranch in the wrap … the avocado and carrot both really add something 😋

        I love avocado on these. When I can find it, I add some morning star farms facon, but I have not seen it in literal months.

          oo, I did add some home-made TVP bacon bits to this wrap - bacon’s a great idea! I really miss hooray foods bacon, it’s like the only vegan bacon that would get a similar crispy crunchy texture, perfect for BLTs. I think the pandemic killed them, unfortunately. 😭
