Because he is dead. They put him in gen pop 3 weeks ago.
The courts already knew about him and had previously refused to deport him because he was a target for gang violence.

This is the real problem. The Democratic party should whole heartedly be calling for his return, but they fucking suck.
That half of Congress isn’t waiting for anything. They don’t care.
Because the people who run those planes don’t care what happens to non-white people
