AFAIK it’s not sold anymore, my point is the land they’ve been using has been contaminated for generations. But everyone they know, often including their parents and grandparents, who used local soil was ‘fine’ so there’s ‘no reason’ to spend money on gardening soil. Especially when that would be an amount of money they’d actually miss. It’s an unfortunate risk:reward evaluation against free food.
