A primary argument anti-kind people tend to use is that people can be peer pressured into being someone they aren’t, aka being told to transition by society. While this is a valid worry, the actual occurrence is very, very low. The best thing to do is not oppress others, let live, let expression be free, and the chances are people will be their true selves and nobody will feel the need to question someone’s existence.
In a way I’m glad to have your account, to know more about how queerfolk are treated around the world. I’m lucky - I’m out of highschool and in a country of people who would more likely grumble quietly than openly pick on me…
Sorry to hear that you’ve had that experience - mean people will use anything as ammo. It doesn’t make sense to me, though, perhaps they’re looking for an angle, trying to pin you as an easier target than you are - for example, when I thought I was straight, I would frequently get accused of being gay, perhaps because they felt it was an easier subject to ridicule.
I hope you’ve got a comfortable space, everyone deserves to feel comfy and safe!
Thankfully things now seem to be getting better. It did happen to me a few weeks ago in 196 but thankfully they gave that person the boot very quickly for it. So it’s not being tolerated as much anymore as it once was.
Good. It was a difficult awakening for me when I realised that free speech and tolerance was not going to paint the world I want, and silencing the mean and banishing the harmful is a more effective way. Intolerant of intolerance aha
Femboys and trans definitely have an intersection. The egg is real, but not everybody is one.

I’m glad that kind of meanness isn’t as common but I wish it didn’t happen to me so often 😭
(I’ve been called an Egg and aggressively pressured a lot in the past, including being called trans for being gay, WTF?)
