Fun fact. I live here! This is King Street in South Shields, England.
Funnier fact: at the time this image was taken, there were 2 more Gregg’s within half a mile.
They don’t all exist now, but I highlighted the locations of the 4 Gregg’s with green dots.
There are also videos of a local seagull who likes nicking crisps from there 😂
The long story short is: we bloody love Gregg’s here.
Nowadays, there’s a new bus/metro interchange just behind King Street, and guess what’s inside it? Yep! A bloody Gregg’s! Just where that big yellow M is on the map is the newest Gregg’s 👍
I checked and found the expected Bright House just below the Un in Union Alley.
Could even say one is New Gregg and the other is Old Gregg
