But seriously, no one should feel bad about asking for help when they need it. I’ve known people who suffer in secret for so long because they’re ashamed to get help when we could have helped them.

Shout out to the .world members who said mutual aid (read: donation requests) for helping people with medical bills, rent, being evicted, etc. was a bad way to spend your money, but the same accounts talked months back about donating to Harris during the #Mastodon4Harris grift.
